Our team is made up of 5 permanent staff and several contract staff with whom we have worked for many years. We can provide a full one-stop service for your website if needed, or work in an advisory capacity with your existing team.

Samantha
Mignano - Director & head strategist
Sam has worked on websites of all sizes for the last 11 years and is passionate about making websites work for her clients and their customers. A self confessed web geek, and unstoppable workaholic, she can design, build, develop and market websites and is a mind of information!
Sam trained as a counsellor and has studied psychology extensively. This understanding of human nature and behaviour, coupled with 11 years web experience both as a designer and strategist, brings unique insight and ideas to the usability, accessibility & marketing of websites she works on.
She has worked on projects for Eagle Star, Company Barclaycard, British Tourist Association, Peugeot, Toshiba, Legoland, Budweiser, Fiat, VOSA, Business Link and many more.
Whilst having indepth technical knowledge, she is also able to explain concepts in a clear, jargon free and easy to understand way - which our clients find really helpful. If you choose our mentoring service, you will most likely end up working directly with Sam.
Oliver

Oliver has worked in the creative side of the IT industry for over 5 years, and has a wide-ranging knowledge of both front-end and back-end web technologies.
He believes firmly in using the right tool for the job, especially when it comes to choosing between the wealth of online technologies and methodologies that are available.
He also has a keen eye for detail, especially concerning security and usability.
Oliver works on almost all of our website audits, proactively ensuring cross browser compatibility, usability and potential security issues are identified, then researching and documenting cost effective solutions to those problems in his audit reports.
